INFORMATION PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided to us are subject to "processing" carried out in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of natural and legal persons, with particular reference to their confidentiality and personal identity. Taking into account the provisions
by the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 Code regarding the protection of personal data and articles 13 and 14 of EU regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR) and in order to obtain consent we inform you of the following:
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The personal data provided are intended for processing by Retail Hub Srl functional to the completion of the legal relationships inherent to the sphere of activity of the company and the correct fulfillment of the related obligations.
Specifically, the data are processed in order to allow the interested party to participate in an event organized by Retail Hub and for the fulfillment of any other related charge.
In particular, for courses and events, Retail Hub Srl processes the personal data that the subject provides during the registration phase in order to allow him to participate in the chosen initiative, as well as during the same for the recognition of the subject and registration, also in order to produce and subsequently share the documentation.
At the end of the activities Retail Hub Srl asks the participants to fill in a satisfaction questionnaire, in which to express their opinion on various aspects relating to the implementation of the course. These data will be processed to understand the level of interest and appreciation of the course participants in order to improve the services offered.
The subject can also decide, optionally, to provide a Retail Hub Srl the references of any third parties interested in the initiatives of Retail Hub Srl.
The data are also processed in order to allow the interested party to acquire the brochure or documentation of an event organized by Retail Hub Srl.
The data may also be processed to inform subjects about the initiatives of Retail Hub Srl relevant to the interests of the participants.
The sending of promotional communications can take place through traditional contact methods (telephone calls with operator, paper mail) and automated methods (e-mail, SMS).
Personal data are also processed for carrying out statistical and market research.

In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary for the execution of the contract concluded with you and / or for the conclusion or execution of a contract entered into by the Data Controller with a third party in his favor,

PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCE OF ANY REFUSAL

Personal data are not subject to disclosure.
The Data Controller will keep the data of the interested parties in a form that allows identification of the same for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected; they will therefore be kept until the existing contractual relationship exists. strictly necessary for tax and accounting obligations, once the purpose for which they were collected has ceased, they will be kept for 10 years or for the different period provided for by the relevant regulations.
