In the jungle of proposals assortmental the consumer increasingly needs simplicity and personalization.
AIMS: participants will be given a vision of how distributors are orienting the choices of spaces and product selection both in the physical and in the field digital.
DESCRIPTION: the planograms they have always been fundamental and always will be to guide the consumer in their choices, but also to improve sales and the margins of distributors. How do retailers organize themselves in this regard and how do they diversify their choices based on the size or role of the stores? How is visual merchandising used in the online channel?
