Social distancing and new buying habits, travel constraints, travel times and costs push us to reconsider the methods of engagement and online purchase both in the B2C and B2B fields.
B2C (STORES): the online shopping experience, unlike the one in a physical store, is currently flattened on a non-engaging and standardized navigation paradigm on "Postal Market" style product catalogs.
B2B (SHOWROOMS): the shopping experience in the showroom for a buyer or a retailer must be usable in a virtual mode that allows you to present the collection, select the products and proceed to manage the order remotely.
AIMS: to excite the customer / buyer and to rediscover the unique experience of the brand in the e-commerce field, it is necessary to imagine new ways of interacting and browsing that create engaging experiences, consistent with the brand and absolutely differentiating.
DESCRIPTION: the latest technologies and interaction paradigms will be analyzed that allow the use of the collections through virtual stores / showrooms. Examples of operational solutions will also be proposed that use 3D environments, real or rendered, and make use of virtual and / or augmented reality, implementing the concept of virtual showrooming and interaction with virtual sales assistant.
