Views of health, economic and environmental crises are leading us to rethink catering in its management and product distribution models at the same time. Centuries of room service within 4 walls, a roof and a number of tables with which to welcome guests were blown away in just a few weeks. How to rethink new scenarios and new habits of choice and consumption, now clearly regulated by digital, technology and social networks? Starting from the data and the growth flows of renewed habits, the course winds through the risks and opportunities that technology and digital offer in the design of new administration and catering service formulas.
