The health emergency has accelerated exponentially a process, already underway for some time, of changing consumer needs and purchasing preferences. More and more online shopping channels are becoming fundamental, but they must be integrated with the physical channel to enable a true experience omnichannel.

Participants will be presented with cases of excellence in the sector and illustrated the innovations that will guide future strategies. It will also be analyzed how an optimal balance between physical and digital channels can represent a critical success factor and allow to improve company performance.

OBJECTIVES: the new retail market scenarios and the medium and long-term effects of digital innovations on the various distribution channels will be analyzed.

DESCRIPTION: thanks to the analysis of market data it will be possible to understand the evolution of the physical and online channels. We will examine the tactical adaptations made by retailers, the strategies able to satisfy the customer's mutual needs and how the integration and convergence between physical and digital channels and promotions, even personalized, can become a critical success factor.

Our first meeting will see the participation of Prof. Carlo Alberto Carnevale Maffè (SDA Bocconi), of Gionata Galdenzi (Aeffe Group), of Mirko Marcovaldi (Louis Vuitton USA) and the testimony of other important companies.
