The new category strategies in Pharmacy

26 January | 14:30 - 16:00

Fifth round, the next one January 26, with the training course on the Pharma world organized by Retail Hub is Pharmacy Scanner: “The new category strategies in Pharmacy: category management in the covid era, cases of innovation in large-scale retail and pharmacy

In the current competitive scenario, the pharmacist is increasingly configured as a care professional. The typically entrepreneurial skills related to the area of marketing and communication merge with those most closely interconnected with the health sphere and become fundamental to building a pharmacy offering innovative and experiential services.

What is a showcase for? How are the departments organized and how are paths and focal points managed? How is the Category management in the face of shopping upheavals experience? What is the GDO doing and how are pharmacies moving? The customer journey (physical and digital) is rapidly evolving; the professionalism of the pharmacist, combined with his ability to establish a relationship of trust with the patient, will increasingly be a key success factor on which to build future challenges.

The aim is to invite participants to find new ways of communicating, starting from a careful analysis of the Pharmacy space.

The appointment will see the participation of teachers Cristina Pisani (eVisual Merchandising expert and Adjunct Professor of University of Parma) and Elisa Fabbi (Adjunct Professor of the University of Modena is Reggio Emilia), as well as the testimony of Luca Pescina (PGC Director, Carrefour Italy) and Marco Mariani (Marketing, Retail and Sales Director, Pharmacenter).

For participation in the course there is a fee of € 149.00 + VAT.

All participants will be issued the registration of the course + the documents of the presentations.
