What is a showcase for? How are the departments organized and how are paths and focal points managed? How is the Category management in the face of shopping upheavals experience? What is the GDO doing and how are pharmacies moving? The customer journey (physical and digital) is rapidly evolving; the professionalism of the pharmacist, combined with his ability to establish a relationship of trust with the patient, will increasingly be a key success factor on which to build future challenges.
