Digital transformation in large-scale distribution: from dynamic pricing to drive to store.
The main source of income in retail grocery it continues to be the physical store, but consumers are increasingly choosing the digital experience for their purchases. THE participants will understand how retailers are gearing up to meet new customer needs, what strategies, what organizations and what technologies they are adopting.
Among the topics that will be treated: digital transformation e omnichannel of companies; the use of new technologies and applications to make the customer more effective journey and pricing; the levers of digital marketing that is helping chains attract new customers and retain existing ones; self scanning, self checkout, contactless payment.
The appointment will see the participation of the teacher Alessandro Barchetti (Professor of E-Commerce, Multichannel and Dynamic Pricing of the University of Bergamo), by Mauro Salerno (Retailer CD Analyst, Nielsen), by Bruno Bianchini (Strategic Marketing Director, Penny Market) and Ilaria Montorsi (Strategic Marketing Director, Shopfully).
