The retail scenario is increasingly complex e a successful idea it cannot be separated from perfect execution at the point of sale.
AIMS: the most suitable techniques and tools will be explored and analyzed to effectively manage the store, always having at the center the customers and reasons that guide him in the choices of attendance and purchase.
DESCRIPTION: the path will analyze the various management phases, from the definition of the assortments, to the display of goods, to the interaction with customers. The planning, analysis and control of activities on the one hand and the training and motivation of staff on the other are fundamental for customer satisfaction. Personal and store performance will therefore be improved through exercises and practical cases.
