The collaboration between retailers and IDM: the joint business plan
In an increasingly competitive context, some retailers are moving towards collaborative logics with the Brand Industry, in order to better seize market opportunities.
AIMS: understand how cooperation between industry and large-scale distribution is strategically changing. Is it possible to overcome the negotiation of strength to arrive at an activity that can be successful for both actors?
DESCRIPTION: the reflections of the most important commercial revolution of recent years, the digital one led by the consumer, will be analyzed. What strategic options for the players in the supply chain? We will take into consideration the working methods of the actors involved and we will try to understand how to set up a customer development plan, which can increase sales and margins. Finally, models of successful collaborations will be provided to inspire participants and to understand how to find their way in the scenarios that are emerging.
