Third appointment, the next one 22 October, with the training course on the Pharma world organized by Retail Hub is Pharmacy Scanner: “Visual Merchandising in the pharmacy: how to talk to the customer with the set-up“.
The consumer is changing and the pharmacy must keep up, without betraying its specificity but adapting communication and languages. This is required by an increasingly competitive health market, where it becomes important to add a good command of marketing fundamentals to one's professional background.
Starting from a brief definition of Visual Merchandising, we will analyze the role of shop windows and interior spaces, providing practical solutions for a correct display of the assortment.
AIMS: The aim of the course is to help proprietary pharmacists familiarize themselves with the key concepts and vocabulary of Visual Merchandising. The space, if managed with method, can contribute to giving value to the customer experience, favoring the relationship with the pharmacist and giving new opportunities to his advice.
The appointment will see the participation of the teacher Cristina Pisani (Visual Merchandising Expert and Adjunct Professor of the University of Parma) and the testimony of Clara Mandelli (Commercial Director, Hippocrates Holding Spa) and Pierangelo Fissore (Head of marketing communication & Training, UniNetFarma).
For participation in the course there is a fee of € 149.00 + VAT
