21/04/2020 | 14:30 - 17:00

The rapid change in the market leads us to reflect on how to prepare ourselves for the challenge we are all experiencing in these days and for the future that awaits us.

With this debate we will collect testimonials on how some of the most important retailer of the grocery are addressing this situation, and we will engage in a discussion on how to prepare for the needs of the near future, and for changes in consumer behavior. From the organization of the digital channel and the physical channel, to the management of logistics and the integration of innovative systems, up to the new type of relationship to be established with the customer.

If it is true that the future belongs to those who prepare well for today, it is equally true that only by creating a system, and sharing experiences, can we work on building structures capable of facing the challenges that this new course presents us with. is showing.
