After a year of changes that have involved all the Retail, we will meet with the Beauty representatives to understand the impacts and developments. In a sector that has been undergoing transformation for years, we will discuss the impact of digital on the relationship with the customer, the boom of Direct To Consumer brands, new paradigms and innovative business models, and the trends that we must expect for 2021.
An open discussion to collect the experiences of operators in the sector, after a 2020 that has accelerated it shift to e-commerce, subverting the dynamics between physical and online.
The questions we ask ourselves today are many: what will be the future of store physical? Will they keep their identity or will they rather assume “hybrid” connotations between sales, warehouse and pick-up spaces? Will Travel Retail review its store positioning strategies or will it wait for the flow of travelers to resume? What technologies will become indispensable?
We will try to answer these and other questions at the event, bringing the point of view of brands and retailer of the sector.
